Online quotes and admin-generated estimates are based on the information you provide (addresses, inventory, stairs, elevator access, and timing). Final pricing may adjust if the job scope changes on site (extra flights, longer carry, additional items, or wait time). We confirm material changes before continuing when practical.
A booking deposit reserves your crew and rental truck. Deposits are generally non-refundable once a truck reservation or crew slot is locked, except where required by law or when we cancel. Contact us as early as possible if you need to reschedule.
You agree to provide accurate access details, reserve elevators when required, secure parking or loading permission, and be present (or designate an adult) for pickup and delivery. Fragile, high-value, or hazardous items must be disclosed in advance.
Uncle Moves LLC carries commercial liability and cargo coverage consistent with our operating model. Coverage limits and exclusions apply. Request a certificate of insurance when your building requires one. Claims should be reported promptly with photos from the job documentation when available.
Customer portal access is for viewing estimates, accepting terms, and paying deposits. Keep login credentials confidential. We may suspend accounts that misuse the platform or submit fraudulent requests.
