What we collect to quote, book, and complete your move—and how we handle it. Last updated August 2026.
Contact details (name, email, phone), move addresses, inventory notes, preferred schedule, payment status for deposits, and account credentials if you create a customer login. Job photos and signatures may be stored as part of job documentation.
We use your information to respond to quote requests, schedule crews, process deposits, communicate about the job, improve our service, and meet legal or insurance requirements. We do not sell personal information.
Depending on configuration, we may use payment processors (e.g. Stripe), email providers, hosting (e.g. Vercel), analytics, maps autocomplete, and spam protection services. Those providers process data under their own terms to deliver the service.
We retain job and payment records as needed for operations, disputes, and legal retention. Access to admin and crew tools is role-restricted. No method of transmission over the Internet is 100% secure; report concerns to hello@unclemoves.com.
Contact us to update account details or request deletion where applicable (subject to legal retention for completed jobs and payments). Marketing messages, if any, can be opted out via the message instructions or by emailing us.
