• Reserve elevator / loading dock windows
• Request COI requirements for your movers
• Confirm visitor parking or loading zone rules
• Measure tight turns, stairwells, and doorways

Timing your crew

Book movers for the start of your elevator window, not the end of your lease day. Buffer time protects you if the previous tenant runs late.

Walk-through ready

Empty closets, defrost the fridge, and take move-out photos for your deposit. Share gate codes and unit number with Uncle Moves before arrival day.
